What to do when Kennel connect freezes on workstation

Users starts kennel connect by opening a session with the terminal server that starts software.
When Kennel connect freezes, the user is unable to do anything in the remote session.

They can restart the PC, but once they connect to the terminal server, they will see the same screen again.

Press CTRL+ALT+END on the remote window on the users PC to get into the splash screen in the user session.
Start Task manager and end the process of kennel connect. The remote connection to the terminal server will shut down when you kill the process.
